Continue ShoppingCongratulations & Thank you for entrusting in Bow for Bowser for your dream wedding gown! Please be sure to follow the steps to ensure the best service is provided.
Step 1: Inquiry- Please send an email to bridal@bowforbowser.com with your name, wedding date, and the best contact number for you to be reached along with a detailed description/ picture of how you would like your gown. Please keep the email brief, yet concise. Once accepted and reviewed by our designer, you will be contacted to set up a consultation where your gown will be discussed more in depth along with estimated prices.
Step 2: Consultation- Once an inquiry has been made, a consultation will be set with the client. For clients residing in the Metro Detroit area, an in-person consultation will be scheduled at an agreed location. For out-of-state clients, a video conference will be scheduled for the consultation via Skype, ios FaceTime, etc. During this consultation, your dress will be discussed in further detail and a price will be given. At this time, it is wise to bring visual representations for the designer to get a better understanding of your desired look. The designer may also bring a few examples to the consultation that can include fabric swatches, crystal beading, photos, etc.
Step 3: Deposit/ Reservation- After the consultation, the designer will review your request and extend a price for your gown. You will have 10 business days after designer contact to pay your deposit so your spot can be reserved. After those 10 days, a new consultation must be scheduled, and your initial spot will be lost. Once your deposit is paid, your materials for your gown will be ordered and your spot for a Bow for Bowser gown is reserved! The construction of your dress will now begin.
Step 4: Fitting(s) (if applicable)- For all clients surrounding the Metro Detroit Area, it is required that you schedule a fitting before your gown is completed. This fitting is to ensure that everything is in place and your dress is of your desire. The designer will come to your location (your home if manageable) to do your fitting so that you are in the most comfortable setting. After this fitting, your dress will be completed and ready for finalizing. For all out-of-state clients, a fitting is not required. The exact measurements that you provide during your consultation will be used, so if your gown does not fit as to be expected, Bow for Bowser is NOT responsible and will NOT issue a refund. Alterations may be considered on a case by case bases per company's discretion, so it is imperative that you your provide exact measurements. Please view our sizing page or visit your nearest David's Bridal, Victoria's Secret, or tailoring shop for measuring assistance/ services.
Step 5: Final Review- Yay! Your wedding gown is complete! Your remaining balance is due BEFORE your gown can be received. You may pay on your dress at any time during the process through PayPal, CashApp, ApplePay, by cash, etc. Once your gown is paid in full, the designer will deliver your dress to you (local only) or ship it out (out of state).
