After booking is confirmed, use the details below as a guide to help you plan for your consultation. *Note: Your consultation fee goes toward tour deposit.

Step 1: DESIGN- See an idea on line or have your own personal sketch of your dream prom dress? Please have all details ready to discuss during your scheduled consultation. Dress design MUST be selected during consultation, or you may incur an additional fee. 



Step 2: DEPOSIT- Deposits are REQUIRED for all prom orders. Deposits are 60% of the total cost of your garment and must be pain within 3 business days after your consultation. Deposits can be made via Cash or Card Payment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel for any reason, your deposit will be lost. The deposit does go toward your total cost, and is used to order your materials needed. Your materials will be ordered within 2 business days of receiving your deposit. Your gown MUST be paid off IN FULL before it can be picked up/delivered/shipped.  *Note: Spots are limited; Please follow our social media to find out if or when we become booked.*** 



Step 3: SIZING- Exact measurements are preferred for all prom gowns. All measurements will be taken during scheduled consultation. Please be sure to wear/bring your planned undergarments for prom day during your consultation. 

Out-of-State: If you are on out-of-state client, please refer to the Sizing  page for assistance. If you do not know how to take your own measurements or do not feel comfortable doing so, please visit David's Bridal, Victoria Secret, or your nearest tailoring shop for proper measuring. Certain measurements are gown-specific; All needed measurements will be communicated to you.

Standard sizes are also available if that is your preference. The standard size would be referenced from the sizing chart located on the sizing page.  Standard sizes include (XS, M, XL, 2, 4, 6, 3X, etc.). 


Step 4: Fittings/Dress Approval: 

In State: There will be 3 scheduled fittings during your dress construction process. The first fitting will be to ensure sizing/measurements are correct for the base/lining of the garment, and the second fitting is to ensure proper placement of appliques and embellishments. *If any changes to the fit of the dress are needed, it will be done during the first fitting. Please try not to lose/gain any weight after the first fitting because it will be more difficult to alter after this fitting.

The 3rd scheduled fitting is your final approval. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES can be made at this point. Final payment is due during this fitting.  

Out-of-State: Once your dress is completed, you will be sent a picture of the final product for review. Once approved, you remaining balance is due within 3 business days. After remaining balance is paid, your dress will be shipped the next business day via priority mail;  you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
