Custom Orders:

All custom orders under $500 must be PAID IN FULL after your scheduled consultation. General custom order processing time is 10-15 business days, not including weekends or major holidays. Production times vary based on each custom-made item. Be sure to follow sizing guidelines when ordering a custom piece, to ensure garment accuracy. Please be mindful of intended deadline prior to ordering. Bow for Bowser reserves the right to refuse services at any time. 

 

Deposits:
** ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are required for all custom orders with a total cost of $500 and above. Deposit cost will be 60% of your total cost and will be communicated to you prior to finalizing your order. All deposits must be paid online electronically by card. NO CASH PAYMENTS are accepted for deposits. Your balance can be paid on cash upon pick up/delivery. The deposit will go toward your total cost. Once a deposit is placed, all materials needed for your garment(s) will be ordered next business day.

 

Evening Gowns/ Wedding Dresses:

Processing time for gowns can be up to 15 weeks. Exact time frames will vary based upon the gown, and this will be discussed prior to placing an order. Consultations are required for ALL custom gown orders. Consultations can be scheduled in person or virtually on our website.

Rush Orders:

We understand that life is inevitable, and things happen. We offer rush order services on custom orders at an additional fee of 50% of your total cost. A rush order is considered a custom order with a deadline of 10 days or less. All rush orders MUST be PAID IN FULL when ordering. 

 

Payments:

Bow for Bowser accepts all major cards with VISA/MASTERCARD logo. Cash App cards can be used online at time of ordering, however, Bow for Bowser DOES NOT conduct transactions via Cash App. All payments MUST be done online via www.bowforbowser.com, or manually via an emailed invoice.
